Founder
Noah Menz
Noah Menz chose to launch M&W Education after years in education and business. He is considered to be one of the premier admissions consultants on the West Coast and in Asia. Prior to working full time on M&W in 2025, he worked at Bank of America in Global Corporate and Investment Banking servicing TMT clients. Previously, he was affiliated staff at the Center for Studies in Higher Education, one of the most influential educational policy research centers in the world.
He studied sustainable business and public policy at the University of California, Berkeley and earned his Bachelor of Science with Highest Distinction in Society and Environment. During college, he was an Undergraduate Fellow at the UC Berkeley School of Law (formerly Boalt Hall) and served as Refounding President of Kappa Delta Rho.
With years of experience working with students and their families, Noah is a talented strategist who brings innovative approaches coupled with compassion to every client meeting. His specialities include prestigious university admissions, direct admit BS-MD programs, competitive summer programs, extracurricular development, and NCAA recruitment.
Co-Founder
Rhea Wanchoo
Rhea Wanchoo is co-founder of M&W Education. Before co-founding M&W, she was considered to be one of the top independent admissions consultants serving clients in Washington D.C. along with international students in India, Spain, and Argentina.
Currently, Rhea studies Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, she worked as a researcher at Harvard Medical School in the Kuchroo Lab, where she extensively researched treatments for Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. Before leaving for Harvard, she served in the Ivry Lab at the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute studying the intersection of behavior and cognition.
With a proven track record and diverse background, Rhea is focused on nurturing clients to achieving their goals in every advising appointment. Her specialties include prestigious university admissions, pre-med/pre-health pathways, engineering admissions, and standardized test preparation.
